Coaching is about overcoming obstacles and meeting challenges and that is exactly what the team of wonderful volunteer Coaches and young people from London Care Solutions did on our fantastic Bowles Rock Team Skills Day. Under ground tunnels, negotiating giant spider webs and 12 ft walls are the perfect way to dissolve any barriers to coaching.
