Course Objectives
This one day course is aimed at coaches who are interested in working with young people.
Young people can be more of a challenge to work with and sometimes the coach needs more than the GROW model to help a young person make changes and find choices. Using the tools learnt on this workshop allows the coach to enable a young person to creatively unlock their potential. The course demonstrates how applying right brain techniques to left brain challenges stimulates the brain to be fully engaged so that the young person can become more resourceful.
This practical day will explore several creative thinking processes that the coach will be able to add to their coaching toolbox. By the end of the day you will have created your own future map using the power of metaphors, a goal poster to enhance the visual manifestation of your goals and a script to act out your future plans. |
