ICA coaches featured in the directory have pledged a minimum of 4 hours of their time per month to contribute to charitable and social enterprise programmes.

Our coaches submit a synopsis of their experience, qualifications, membership of professional bodies, evidence of a minimum of 100 paid or unpaid coaching hours and references/ testimonials for us to vet before we include them on the site.

How Does This Work?

Each application is considered on merit, you may be eligible for a free coaching intervention in line with our policy or subsidised training and coaching, designed to your individual requirements.
