Becoming a coach has never been simpler, more affordable or as interactive. We believe that the practical skill of coaching should be taught with the emphasis on being practical rather than the emphasis on theory and written work.

Our six-day programme immerses you into coaching and by the end of the training you will have 39 hours of coaching experience under your belt.

6 days of interactive, training with the emphasis on the core competencies and putting them into practice. You will explore coaching methodologies, values and beliefs, communication skills, questioning skills, listening skills and goal setting.

On completion of the 6th day, you will receive your accreditation from The International Coaching Alliance.

Should you choose to qualify for the optional ILM endorsement, you will need to complete a 15 question assignment. Upon external verification the ILM certificate will be forwarded to you.
